Saturday morning Adult Lap Swim hours are from 8-10 a.m. 
Please note: Hours are subject to change due to facility rentals, programs, events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
                        Lap Swim is open to High School Students and Adults.  Children are not allowed during Lap Swim times. 
                        There are no changes to the Monday-Friday lap swim schedule.  Hours are 5:30 a.m.-7:15 a.m.
 

Swimming is considered the best total body exercise.  The Waunakee Aquatic Center offers lap swim Monday-Friday from 5:30-7:15 a.m. and on Saturday's from 8:00-10:00 a.m.  The cost for lap swimming is $3.00 per visit or $50.00 per trimester.  Lap swim fees can be paid directly to the lifeguard.

The number of available lap lanes will vary depending on facility scheduling.  Participants are encouraged to circle swim, as space is very limited. Please see the lifeguard with questions about circle swimming.

Are you looking for a low impact way to exercise?  Water Fitness might be the answer for you.  The Waunakee Aquatic Center dedicates a minimum of two lanes and provides a variety of equipment for this self-lead group.  Participants can create their own workout or utilize a workout that is provided.  There is no lap swim during water fitness times as space is limited. 

The Water Fitness group meets Monday-Friday from 7:15-8:00 a.m.  The cost to participate is $3.00 per visit or $50.00 per trimester.  Fees can be paid to the lifeguard on duty the morning of your workout.
