Welcome to the Waunakee Community School District's summer school program.
In an attempt to provide our instructors with all their technology needs right from the first day, we'd appreciate your help by filling in the form below.  Please list your software titles and hardware needs.

Be very specific.  Exact titles are necessary.  For example, "Living Books" is not a title, but a series of titles.  "The Berenstain Bears Get into a Fight" is specific enough to work with.  For some software, version numbers can be important as well.

Free Internet-based or any media-based (CD, DVD) software requiring installation that is already under license with the district will be considered.  Please do not bring in media from elsewhere.  Only approved software is to be loaded on district computers.

Typical hardware requests could be "digital projector" or "laptop with a scanner"

Typically, each classroom with already have a teacher's computer with Microsoft Office 2003, Outlook 2007,  Adobe Reader, Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.  These computers are setup to multiple printers throughout the building.  Many classrooms either have, or are close to student computers with most of the same software as the teacher's.

Though we will do our best you meet your needs, all technology requests may not be met due to limited supply.  You can increase your chances of having the correct software or hardware installed by requesting it as early as possible.
