Dear Parent or Guardian,
The Waunakee Community School District offers an online payment system through Infinite Campus. We recommend that payments for all fees be made through this system.
This system is user friendly for parents/guardians and creates an opportunity to have fees electronically paid from your checking account to the school district.
New families to the Waunakee Community School District as well as incoming kindergarten families will receive their Infinite Campus Parent Portal Activation Key and instructions on how to set up their parent portal account by the middle of August.
Due to the cost, the Waunakee Community School District does not accept credit card payments for any student fees (online or otherwise).
· If you have questions regarding any fees that have been assigned to your household/ student, please contact your student’s school office.
· If you have questions regarding food service balance or payments, please contact Taher Food Service after August 1st (608) 849-2185.
· If you have problems logging in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, please click on the “Help” link on the log in page. If you continue to have problems logging in, contact the District Registrar at (608) 849-2470.
