Welcome to the Waunakee Community School District!
To register your students in the Waunakee Community School District we ask you provide the following:
-Proof of Residency (utility bill, signed lease agreement, signed closing statement or signed occupancy permit)
-Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate or Passport (for birth date and legal name verification only, the school district does not keep a copy)
-Waunakee Community School District Enrollment Form. This form is available on this web site under registration forms or at the Registrar’s office in the District Administration Center.
-Home Language Survey
New families should meet with Julie Gengler, Registrar, at the District Administration Center in Waunakee at 905 Bethel Circle. The registrar is also our first point of contact for questions on residency, elementary attendance zones, open enrollment, and tuitioning.
New or prospective families are welcome to contact individual schools for building tours and school information. However, all enrollment and registration processing is centralized through the district registrar.
