Welcome to 7th Grade GEMS Science! 

This is the start of my seventeenth year teaching middle school at Waunakee and my twentyith year as a teacher. This is, however, my tenth year teaching seventh grade at Waunakee; I previously taught eighth grade science classes. This year we will be learning about how scientists solve problems, how to use the microscope while looking at protists and plant and animal cells, weather basics and predictions, and science inquiry.  It will be a busy year filled with fun labs and other activities to “dig into” science.
