All 5th and 6th graders have the opportunity to use the computer for a variety of different projects at Waunakee Intermediate School. The computer curriculum is totally integrated into the core classroom curriculum.

The 5th graders will mostly be learning Microsoft Office and creating small presentations. Some of the programs that 5th graders will use to create their projects are: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photo Story and Publisher, Inspiration, Comic Life, Movie Maker, and Google Earth. Sixth graders create more independent and advanced projects using more multimedia based programs.
