Students studied the work of American artist Chuck Close before beginning this large scale portraits.  They used digital cameras to take expressive photos, edited them using Photoshop, then printed them out to create their portrait.  Students used the grid method to enlarge their photos and used oil pastels to color them.  The finished portraits are stunning!
