WCMS will increase a sense of student belonging within the school community so that we achieve a 5 percent increase in students reporting that they feel more connected to the school as evidenced by entrance and exit climate surveys by June 2013.

WCMS will strengthen students’ literacy skills across all subject areas so that no less than 65% of students meet their reading target growth goal as evidenced by their spring to spring MAP data by June 2013.
