This letter is sent out to parents at the end of the school year
Census Verification Form - for students currently in the district
For students who were in the district last year, the school will send an individualized Census Verification Form in the mail. If you do not receive this form, please contact Ann Flayhan as shown below.
Board of Education policy allows parents to opt their children out of this component of health education or family and consumer education. Attached you will find an overview of our curriculum, material references, and a form indicating that you are opting your child out of the discussion. If you decide to opt out, please complete the attached form and return it to your child's teacher.
