ParentConnect is an online portal where families can look up student information as contained in the Waunakee Community School District's student information system.  There is data for all WCSD students, but the information is more extensive for students at the Middle and High Schools. We encourage all parents to register for ParentConnect accounts regardless of their child's grade.

When you visit ParentConnect, you are not directly accessing the main student database.  Instead, information is updated overnight from the student database to ParentConnect.  As a result, there is a one day lag as information added to ParentConnect.

Important:  The data connection between ParentConnect and the main database is one way.  Any address or email information you enter in ParentConnect as part of the sign up or settings process does not automatically get updated in the main database.  If your contact information changes, you must contact the school office so our records are up-to-date.

Important:  Only students enrolled in the Waunakee Community School District during the regular school year can be associated with ParentConnect accounts.  If your child currently attends St. John's or another school, they are not contained in the Waunakee Community School District's student information system and cannot be added to ParentConnect.
