We also have the TRIBES program at Prairie School. Staff members have been trained in this program and each classroom has the community agreements posted.  Classrooms have community circles, either at the beginning or end of the day, as a time for everyone to share their thoughts, feelings, and appreciations for others. Children and staff use these community agreements in conjunction with our character traits.
