Prairie Elementary School has created an award, based on the best seller The Fred Factor.  The award is for any ordinary person who does extraordinary things.  The person has  passion in their work and life and makes a difference in our community.  Parents, students, and staff members can nominate a person they believe is a Fred.  

Characteristics of a FRED:

         1.  This person believes that everyone can make a difference

         2. This person believes that success is built on relationships

         3.  This person believes that he/she must continually create value for others and it doesn't have to cost a penny

         4.  This person believes that you can reinvent yourself regularly.

         5.  This person believes that you can make your business, your job as well as your life, anything you choose it to be.

                                                    We will be posting FRED photos throughout the year.
