WCSD Summer School 2012 Employment

Substitutes: applications are still being  taken for substitues.  Once you have applied you are automatically on the summer school call list for sustitutes. 

*** STUDENT AIDES – PLEASE NOTE the application process has changed!   

Summer employment will now be through the high school SCHOOL-TO-CAREER CLASS. 

You will be eligible to earn HS credit as well as $7.25/hr.

  .25 credit hrs. for a 3 week commitment

.5 credit hours for a 6 week commitment.

• Positions are open to students entering 10th, 11th or 12 grades only.
• Apply for the position/s you are interested in.  You may apply for multiple positions.
• Courses are 3 or 6 weeks - apply for 1st session, 2nd session, both or choose a 6 week assignment. 
• You must commit to the full timeframe.  No absences will be allowed.
• Work day:  Monday - Thursday 7:45 - 11:45 Arboretum, Heritage, Intermediate, Middle school  7:40 - 11:40 Prairie

TEACHERS, PARA-EDUCATORS AND SUBSITUTES 

RETURNING DISTRICT EMPLOYEES – Log in using your district login. 

RETURNING NON-DISTRICT EMPLOYEES – Log in using the username and password you created last year.

*If you do not remember your login information please contact the summer school office for assistance, do not create a new login. Creating a second login will cause you to have to recreate your entire application and erase all employment history

NEW APPLICANTS (District or Non-district) – click on New to the system?

 

Step 1:   Click on the “Apply Now” link above. 

Complete each of the sections at the top of the screen. As you complete each section the Red 'X' will change to a 'Blue check mark'.      

Step 2:  Apply for Jobs – you may apply for multiple jobs

Step 3:  Positions applied for – the jobs you successfully applied for will all show at the top of the screen and a confirmation email will be sent.  If the position does not show click Apply for Jobs again and answer the questions.

Step 4:  Monitor the status of your application - the “status” field next to the positions applied for will change as the positions fill. Rejection letters will not be mailed.

 

Paper applications are not accepted.  All positions are posted on this website and must be applied for online.   All positions are open until filled.
