Items to Note:

If your program has a coordinator - the coordinator is the only one authorized to use the purchase order system.

Teachers NEW to the summer school program who do not work for the district will also enter their orders online but will do so in their building office.  The office secretary will assist you.

All WCSD staff who are also summer school teachers or coordinators and any returning summer school teachers will use the electronic purchase order process for summer school purchases.

Some vendors have a maximum order size of 24 line items.  Larger orders must be created separately.  These vendors are: Abilations, Frey Scientific, Sax Arts & Crafts, School Specialty.

District tax exempt number is 047263. You can get a copy of this number from your school office.  You should take a copy with you when making purchases in order to avoid the sales tax (either credit card purchases or personal reimbursements).  The district does not reimburse for sales tax.
