Waunakee 4K Enrollment

We are currently enrolling students for the 2012-13 School Year

To enroll your child, please submit an Interest Form as soon as possible.  We are currently placing students for the 2012-13 school year.  Interest Forms may be returned to the 4K Office at 905 Bethel Circle, Heritage Elementary at 501 South Street, Arboretum Elementary at 1350 Arboretum Drive, and Prairie Elementary at 700 N. Madison Street.

If you did not receive an Interest form, please access the files using the links below, or contact the 4K office and ask that one be sent to you.  You may call the 4K Office about any enrollment questions and speak with Amy or Diane at 849-2020.
