ParentSquare is the Waunakee Community School District's new, district-approved communication platform for the 2026–2027 school year. All school-to-home and home-to-school communication—including district updates, school news, classroom messages, notifications, and text messages—will be sent through ParentSquare. Download the ParentSquare app and activate your account to stay connected and never miss an important update.

ParentSquare is designed to keep parents/guardians informed and involved about their child's school and education. It provides a safe way for the school principal, teachers, staff, and families to:

• Communicate with your child's teachers, coaches, and advisors
