- Do you want your student to attend Waunakee Summer School in 2021?
If you answered yes to these three questions, then you will need to follow the instructions below for your student to be able to register for Waunakee Summer School in 2021.

In order for your student to register for Summer School, we must get their contact and health information. There is a link for a Summer School 2021 Enrollment Form below.
- Complete the Summer School 2021 Enrollment Form.
- Complete the Student Immunization Record.
- The completed forms can be returned to Julie Gengler, District Registrar by:
Your forms will be processed and your student’s information entered into the system. Once your forms have been processed, you will receive an email. The email will contain your student’s id number. You must have a student id number to create an account, preview the Summer School Program and register your student. Directions for creating an account and registering will be available on the Summer School website.
Summer School 2021 enrollment forms received by Wednesday, April 1, 2021 will be processed in time for families to preview the Summer School Registration program and register when it opens.
Enrollment forms returned after April 1 may not get processed prior to registration opening.
